**Hurricane Helene Update: We are grateful our home sustained no damage from the storm and currently has power, WiFi, and water. Please note, water is under a boil advisory and may appear light brown as pipes clear sediment. Normal water use is expected to return in several weeks. While the area is still in recovery, things are improving daily - - Please double-check all your planned activities to ensure they are running. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out. We are here to help!

Water can be used for flushing toilets and laundry. Water can be used for bathing, although water that has been boiled and cooled or otherwise purified is recommended for those with open wounds and those who are immunocompromised. During bathing, please monitor small children to ensure they do not accidentally drink the water. Infants can be given sponge baths.

Water can also be used for basic hygiene like washing hands, but not for home food preparation.

Dishwashers can be used on the sanitization setting to safely wash your dishes.

Upon entering, guests are greeted by an expansive dining/living area next to the modern kitchen. This generous space is perfect for unwinding with loved ones or finding a quiet corner to immerse oneself in a good book. Large windows flood the room with natural light while you enjoy the expansive view.

During the day you can gather round the shuffleboard and challenge each other to a game while you wait for dinner to finish cooking. In the evening you can enjoy a crackling fire outside or catch up on a favorite TV show or game on the numerous large Smart TVs.

Adjacent to the dining area you will find a fully-equipped kitchen with a coffee station and 2 dining areas. The first seats 8 people around the beautiful wood table and the second is along the bar, at the kitchen deck. Take your coffee out to the deck, just a few steps away, to enjoy the view.

Your private home awaits in this quiet residential neighborhood. The entire home is yours to enjoy!

You can reach out to Mindi directly as your host. You will have the whole place to yourself and won't be interacting with me on a regular basis.

Check in any time after 4 PM EST and check-out is at 10 AM EST. You can enjoy the entire space, with easy access through the front door equipped with an electronic keypad that sends out your unique code before you arrive.

Parking

You can park up to 54+ cars in the driveway. The EV charger is available just inside the garage, which you can open from the inside. The garage is not accessible to vehicles. Note that the road leading to the home is steep but easily accessible by any type of vehicle.

Hot Tub:

Please be aware that there is a cover with safety straps that need to remain locked for safety when not in use. Please use your own judgement when using the hot tub and use at your own risk.

Televisions:

TVs are available in every bedroom and the living room and game room. Use your own streaming subscription services such as Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and bring your own logins. Please remember to log out of ROKU guest mode at the end of your stay.

Safety:

Outdoor Cameras:

For your safety there are two exterior cameras located on the outside of the property pointing towards the driveway and entries. There are NO indoor cameras. They may be recording video but no audio is being recorded.

Fire extinguishers and first aid kits are located throughout the home.

Smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors are located throughout the home.

Damage Deposit:

As part of your cleaning fee is included a damage waiver that will cover any accidental damage to the property during your stay. Intentional damage will be your responsibility.
