No Pets and No Smoking:
This unit is in a house with 2 other units. There is a strict no pets and no smoking policy for the benefit of all guests with allergies due to shared HVAC system.
Quiet Hours:
There is also a quiet policy from 10-7 am for the comfort of all our guests. We thank you in advance by honoring this.
Outdoor Cameras:
Security cameras are at the entrance to the house for your safety. They may be recording video but no audio is being recorded.
Damage Deposit:
As part of your cleaning fee is included a damage waiver that will cover any accidental damage to the property during your stay. Intentional damage will be your responsibility.
