Safety: Carefully unlock the safety strap before use and lock it again afterward. Follow all posted rules, including no glass, no smoking, and leaving the chemical dispenser in the spa.

Health Precautions: Do not use the hot tub if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, pregnant, have high blood pressure, open wounds, or bowel/bladder incontinence.

The downstairs patio has 2 Adirondack chairs for your use and the patio is shared with the other 1 bedroom unit downstairs. There are no other shared spaces.

Our home is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, perfect for a peaceful stay. It's conveniently situated across the street from Lion's Park, which is currently undergoing improvements (summer 2024 - summer 2025). You’ll have easy access from both the main street in front of the house and a cul-de-sac on Brentwood Place, making it simple to come and go. Enjoy a relaxing environment while being close to local attractions and amenities.

Booking LImitations:

Please rent this unit only for yourself and your group. No 3rd party rentals please, without permission. Unless you are part of Airbnb's work rental program, the responsible party must also be staying in the unit.

No parties and no smoking, alcohol or drugs allowed please. We live in a tight neighborhood and want to be respectful to our neighbors.

Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7 am please. There is one other unit on the other side of the downstairs, who you may be able to hear. But you have this space totally to yourselves.

We are a shoeless house. We like to keep the house extra clean for you and future guests.

EV Charger:

In the driveway we have a 220 amp EV charger available. You will need to bring your own charging cable that is appropriate for your type of vehicle.

Parking:

There is room for 3 vehicles in the front driveway, in the street or in the back of the house in the cul de sac parking.

Hot Tub:

Please be aware that there is a cover with safety straps that need to remain locked for safety when not in use. Please use your own judgement when using the hot tub and use at your own risk.

Outdoor Cameras:

Security cameras are at both entrances to the house for your safety. They may be recording video or audio.

Damage Deposit:

As part of your cleaning fee is included a damage waiver that will cover any accidental damage to the property during your stay. Intentional damage will be your responsibility.
